Job Summary
The IT Services and Operations department is currently accepting applications for the position of Office Supervisor. This position will perform a variety of administrative support duties and is responsible for full supervision of administrative support employees, students, and TES within the department..
Essential Functions
The essential functions of position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Processing and payment of all invoices
  • Processing travel vouchers
  • Purchase card reconciliation
  • Software invoicing

    • Involves oversight and document compliance with Procurement Business Services (PBS) & legal and working with supervisors



  • Vetting for all software must be done for each instance of software and is required for payment processing
  • Maintaining complete and accurate office assignment lists for HHH and Lowder Hall
  • Leading the Operations student employee program

    • Determining staffing level requirements based on the college's needs
    • Interviewing and hiring employees
    • Scheduling employees to ensure sufficient coverage
    • Conducting performance reviews each term


  • Working with the Event team to assist with events

    • Ensuring that event spaces are clean prior to evens
    • Coordinating with the HVAC team as needed to ensure that event spaces are comfortable
    • Assisting with furniture relocation before and after events
    • Ensuring enough Operations student workers are scheduled to assist as needed with events.


  • Overseeing maintenance of college vehicles

    • Arranging for repairs and routine maintenance
    • Having vehicles inspected as required
    • Arranging for cleaning


  • Ordering uniform shirts for ITS and Operations student employees
  • Assisting with facility management
    • Identifying facility issues (maintenance concerns, custodial concerns, etc.) that need to be addressed and coordinating with the responsible parties to ensure resolution in a manner that meets the college's quality and timeliness requirements

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and 6 years' experience in administrative support services

Substitution allowed for Experience: When a candidate has the required education, but lacks the required experience, they may normally apply additional appropriate education toward the experience requirement, at a rate of one (1) year relevant education per year of required experience.
