Job Duties: Senior Associate, Syndicate Execution and Processing with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York. Providing operational support for deal origination, which includes but is not limited to the submission of conflicts checks, project creation, legal staffing for NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), review of deal documents & systematic set up of key transaction terms. Providing operational support for deal securitization, which includes but is not limited to vendor data request(s), deal set up, and drafting the funds flow for smooth settlement. Delivering on operations business transformation team projects including but not limited to reviewing processes and automating reporting by leveraging Business Intelligence tools. Providing guidance with regards to operational processes affecting deal activity and serve as point of contact for system functionality. Responding to a changing and dynamic environment while maintaining integrity in our core ideologies of risk management, control, and client service. Liaising with banking, engineering and operations' counterparts for seamless deal execution. Observing the current system in operation and gathering and analyzing information about each of the component problems, using a variety of sources. Collaborating with others in the organization to ensure successful implementation of chosen problem solutions. Collaborating with senior managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs, International Studies, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience with the following: utilizing operations tools and technologies specifically developed for financial services firm operations including JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite; performing project management in system design and process reengineering based on business management and project management best practices; leading key business intelligence initiatives to increase operational efficiency utilizing tools such as Alteryx, Microsoft SQL Server, and Tableau; interacting with multiple stakeholders and delivering on business intelligence projects; preparing presentations leveraging Microsoft PowerPoint and communicating project requirements and status to all project stakeholders; and developing expertise in financial products and processes with ability to review and extract key attributes from legal documents.

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York-based position is $103,700/year - $143,000/year.
