THE JOB:
The primary responsibility of the Food Runner at Sadelle's is to provide excellent service throughout serving the customer to include, delivering customer orders, maintain tables and exceed guest satisfaction. The runner is also responsible for general cleaning and performing side duties.

THE STARTING RATE:$14.1037/hr plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Welcome guests with a warm and relevant greeting, utilize your knowledge of menu, guest preference, service and selling techniques to guide selections

• Knowledgeable of all menu items, prices, preparation method and time, major ingredients and quality standards of taste, appearance, texture, serving temperature, portion size, garnish and method of presentation

• Be familiar with all hotel services, features and local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately

• Maintain table cleanliness and utilize a silent service approach

• Anticipate the guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense ofurgency

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Works varied shifts including holidays and weekends

• Three (3)+ years of experience as a food server or food runner

• TAM and Food Handler's card required on or before start date
