We are working exclusively with our client to identify an Instructional Designer to revamp their customer service training materials and documentation - with materials in both English and Spanish. The customer service agents primarily sit in Guatemala and Honduras. The goals are to improve agent onboarding, reduce ramp-up time, and enhance overall service quality.
100% of the training content exists and includes 350 slides, 120 Confluence pages, and 40 scripts, lacking uniformity and organization. Prior to the project start, the client's internal team will review and update all materials (Confluence pages, training slides, and scripts), refine verbiage and brand voice, and draft an overall training framework/agenda. The Instructional Designer Consultant will complete a comprehensive review of the training materials with a focus on:

The pay range for this project is $60.00 to $70.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
