POSITION DEFINITION: The Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the EAM strategy across Golden State Water Company. This role will ensure the effective and efficient management of the Company's physical assets to optimize performance, reduce costs, and extend asset life. A key responsibility will be overseeing the Cityworks application, ensuring its effective utilization and integration with other business processes. The EAM Manager will work closely with various departments, including Water Operations, Asset Management, and Environmental Quality to ensure alignment and integration of asset management practices. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Qualities of a Successful EAM Manager: May include but not limited to standing, climbing, walking, lifting, bending, pulling and/or pushing, grasping, reaching, stooping and crouching, sitting, typing, walking, reading, writing, color determination, speaking and listening for extended periods of time. COMPENSATION INFORMATION The compensation range provided is in compliance with state specific laws. Multiple factors are used to determine the actual starting rate of pay for all of our positions, including specific skills, years of experience, education, certification(s), and other job related factors.
