About This Role:
Tria is seeking experienced Medical Material Specialists III to join a team that plays a critical role in providing medical logistics and biomedical equipment repair services.The Army Medical Materials Specialist (MMS III) is responsible for the comprehensive management of medical supplies and equipment. As the Army Lead, the MMS III ensures the maintenance and security of assemblages, guaranteeing their operational readiness. Key duties include receiving, storing, and issuing supplies, along with rigorous inventory and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage and ensure accurate accounting of all medical material.
  • Set inventory levels and plan for the procurement of low inventory assets.
  • Perform quality check and inspections of assemblages.
  • Perform hazardous materials management.
  • Perform an annual inventory of all on-site assets.
  • Perform warehousing duties including shipping, receiving, inventory oversight, quality assurance.
  • Home Station Medical Response (HSMR) Program Management
  • Manage assets and inventory levels of assets.
  • Properly track items that are subject to expiration.
  • Properly package medical kit assemblages and track their storage.
  • Prepare cargo for shipping.
  • Oversee the deployments of all cargo.
  • Daily manage assets dashboards and documentation.
  • Provide management training to on-site Active Duty (AD) and/or government civilian personnel.
  • Develop a training and quality control plan.
  • Provide customer service support.
  • Travel up to 20%.

The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications:
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Experience with supervision and overall operational responsibility for medical logistics functions to include general medical supply activities, ordering, receiving, customer support, inventory management, warehousing and operation of various materiel handling equipment, report development, analyzing log functions, and biomedical equipment maintenance functions.
  • Logistics experience including general supply activities, ordering, receiving, customer support, inventory management, assemblage management, warehousing, and operation of various materials handling equipment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of medical War Reserve Materiel (WRM), Force Health Protection (FHP), and Installation Medical All Hazards Response (IMAHR) program management and ECMM operation execution of Class VIII medical supply sustainment.
  • Experience with the Medical Material Information System (MMIS) assemblage management.
  • Healthcare or healthcare support environment experience.
Professional Certifications:
Medical Material Information System (MMIS) - TEWLS Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in business or logistics related field.
Clearance:
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance - Must be a U.S. Citizen*
Years of Professional Experience:
15 years of medical logistics field experience.
6 years of specialized medical materiel management experience.
