Description Client's team is seeking a Digital Manager to help advance operational capabilities and ensure stability for digital ACH/Wires. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record of successfully operating next generation products, services and technologies. The role requires an individual with a strong combination of strategic thinking, detailed tactical planning, risk management, and project management skill. Candidates should have an understanding of banking products and services, digital payments, and be proactive in their approach, with an ability to own and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. As a Digital Manager, the successful candidate will serve as a primary conduit between Client's Digital business, product, operations, technology, internal counsel/risk, and business control partners. This leader will have accountability for establishing/maintaining strong relationships and building consensus with peers and partners across the organization. Manage new and existing Digital ACH, and Wire processes and support change initiatives Document and manage risks and control plans Day to day ownership of multiple ACH and Wire processes Define business and process requirements Monitor Voice of the Customer and suggest product or process improvements Research customer escalations and conduct complaint theme analysis Address production defects/incidents Work closely with Risk, Legal, Compliance and Technology Required Skills: 3-5 years' experience in a product management, operations & planning, or project management role Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience coordinating, communicating, and managing across multiple lines of businesses Desired Skills:* Digital payments experience Technology or Production Support experience Operations Experience Risk or Business Controls Experience Skills mobile, Data analysis, excel, data, queries, controls, payments, digital, testing Additional Skills & Qualifications Communication, personality (ability to speak up, be proactive) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
