Financial Analyst/Business Consultant These people must be very strong in EXCEL * Be able to build a table * Show they can navigate within large Excel Docs * Format a table * Pivot Tables o The team will give them an Excel test in the interview \ 1. They need to be a strong Financials person. They are going to be managing 200 Million portfolio with substantial growth expected. 2. They must be good with Financial Data, be able to present Data (meaning they need to be well spoken and sharp and able to present to execs) 3. They have to dig through systems to find information 4. They need to challenge people, "where is your number," "why is your number off" - be able to stand your ground with people 5. This group is very personable, good personalities, good team environment but they hold each other accountable - They want a go-getter. * Supporting executive leadership team on key team projects and initiatives * Process review and improvement - assessing and streamlining workflows for maximum efficiency * Creation of executive level presentations and reporting packages * Business management - KPI creation and reporting, correlating consulting activities to outcomes. * Data administration and analysis for client insights Responsible for providing analytical, operational, and administrative support to deliver desired business outcomes and to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the broader technology organization. This role will involve performing financial analysis, analyzing data, managing and disseminating KPIs, and assisting with various organizational initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and work across departments to build relationships for informed and effective decision making and facilitating effective communication on processes. In addition, this role has the unique vantage to understand processes that directly impact technology readiness and budget targets, and how to streamline and simplify for maximum efficiency. Required Skills * Financial acumen - budgeting and forecasting experience, ensuring financial accuracy, integrity, and clarity * Presentation and Reporting - experience preparing KPIs and Visualizations for an Executive audience to support decision making * Strong financial/business reporting and data analysis experience * Strong Project Management skills with ability to drive results * Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Must possess analytical and problem solving skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Excellent time management and prioritization skills * Guides deliverables through all phases, ensuring data quality and accuracy is completed * Identifies, assigns, tracks, escalates, and resolves issues as they arise * Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint,etc) proficient * Intermediate to Advanced Excel level * Strong EQ *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
