Leads a program or multiple projects from start to finish in a hybrid role, requiring attendance at our offices in San Antonio. Inspires confidence in the team, senior management, and the business community implementing the solution. Leads efforts to improve existing processes or programs and designs new systems or processes as required. Mentors team members and is viewed as a SME and overall leader on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and execution of a dedicated program or multiple projects of the highest complexity.
  • Reviewing and fully understanding all program/project requirements (business and technical).
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders as well as coordinating across functions, internally and externally, to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Developing and documenting business processes.
  • Evaluating business processes and identifying areas where efficiencies may be gained.
  • Developing and implementing solutions to gain efficiencies.

Qualifications:
  • 8 - 11 years of relevant work experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in field related to role.
  • Project certification a plus (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of the project lifecycle
  • Advanced knowledge of industry competitors, products, trends and technology
  • Advanced knowledge of company's objectives and strategies

The following information is required by pay transparency legislation in the following states: CA, CO, HI, NY and WA. This information applies only to individuals working in these states.
The anticipated starting pay range for Colorado is: $116,100 - $170,280.
The anticipated starting pay range for Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: $123,600 - $181,280.
The anticipated starting pay range for California, New York City and Washington is: $135,300 - $198,440.
Based on eligibility, compensation for the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments.
These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
