The Inside Sales Account Manager is a patient-inspired, results-oriented and collaborative sales role. This is a high performing Team, and this role is critical to the growth of our division. The Inside Sales Account Manager will call on AI/GI Specialists (Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, etc.) focused on generating new Biologic referrals. They will work closely with the MA's/RN's/MD's within medical offices to process Biologic infusion referrals. This position also requires attending applicable sales training sessions. The Inside Sales Account Manager is expected to achieve sales goals by developing and executing a territory sales plan, maintaining, and growing referral sources, develop sales targets, close sales, coordinate sales efforts with strategic manufacturing and distribution partners, support the needs of the medical practice clients and participate in company sales planning, meetings and reporting as it relates to Biologic medications and therapy management. The Inside Sales Account Manager will also work closely with their Intake, Operations and Nursing partners to achieve positive patient outcomes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving results, building relationships, customer focus, and promoting all sales and marketing programs. This is a commission eligible position with an uncapped commission plan. You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. The salary range for this role is $19.23 to $38.46 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
