Our customer is in the hospitality/global attractions industry. They need a project manager to manage a program called Denali 2027, which consists of 3 parts: 1) get their high-margin bus tours back online, up and running inside Denali National Park. 2) elevate and upgrade the lodging experiences (the have one lodge inside the park, another at the entrance to park). 3) re-imagine how their bus tours interact with the lodging, and how the tours run and when they stop at the lodges. 2025 will be a lot more site surveying, planning, developing timelines, getting stakeholders on board, clarifying the vision of the projects, etc. 2026 will be more of the execution of the program.
