Genesis10 is currently seeking a Portfolio Delivery and Execution Business Services Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 24+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult as an expert to support and oversee the change portfolio across the business, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with Line of Business partners, Technology leaders, and key stakeholders in Finance, Change Management, Architecture, and Risk Maintain a central repository of key data points for portfolio execution and support ongoing process improvements Develop and contribute to monthly reporting, portfolio commentary, and executive talking points to prepare leadership for senior reviews Partner with Finance and Portfolio Planning to track capacity forecasts against actuals, providing insights into key variances Work closely with Line of Business and Technology leaders to track and maintain quarterly milestone deliverables and update strategic roadmaps Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Data, Business Systems Design, Portfolio Execution, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting, training, military service, or education. Strong ability to deliver on multiple initiatives under pressure, prioritize effectively, and act with sound judgment. Experience with financial reporting, including assessing and summarizing financial performance and portfolio execution. Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analytics. Experience with JIRA for tracking and managing project workflows is preferred. Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
