Temporary Part-time Summer Help Needed!!

Join us!!! We partner with colleges and universities across the country to help prospective, current, and prior students regarding their enrollment. The daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, operating multiple computer programs, and offering first class customer service. We offer competitive pay rates, comprehensive training, and an energetic work environment.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a Customer Service Representative, the daily responsibilities include answering inbound calls from students and parents, making outbound calls to current or prior students, operating multiple computer programs, and offering first-class customer service. You will have support from senior agents and leadership who are just a phone call away when you need assistance. You will feel rewarded by helping to support students with their life-changing journey.

Important Information:

  • Scheduling would be 4 days a week, 4pm - 8pm, 20 hours per week
  • Saturdays required, 4 hours
  • Start Date 4/14/2025

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Customer Service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to pass a background check and Drug Test required
