DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position ensures the SERS Strategic Plan is delivered and executed effectively and efficiently by leading project teams that span one or more business areas. In this role you will participate in strategic decision making and will manage a wide portfolio of projects from initiation to completion that support the Strategic Plan. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met and projects succeed; work closely with business areas to confirm key performance indicators and to establish the performance matrix; provide executive leaders and stakeholders with regular progress updates; and provide ongoing guidance, mentoring, feedback, and motivation to project teams to ensure competent performance while adhering to policies and procedures.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- A work schedule beginning and ending between 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, inclusive, with a half-hour or one-hour meal period will be considered, dependent on operational requirements. The requested work schedule may not end prior to 4:00 PM.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home part-time (hybrid telework schedule), depending on operational needs. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you must work on-site at the work location specified in this job posting.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Program Analyst 3; or
- Four years of analytical experience, three of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
