Industry Analyst Relations Manager

Juniper is looking for a creative and adaptable Industry Analyst Relations Manager. In this role, the candidate will drive strategic and impactful Industry Analyst programs for our Data Center Networking businesses. Additionally, they will partner across the communications and marketing teams to drive the greatest impact for Juniper's business.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic attitude, creative spirit and willingness to be creative trying new strategies and disrupting the status quo. Additionally, they will be comfortable with leading, along with being part of a larger team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically build upon and own the Data Center Networking Analyst Relations program.
• Partner with Marketing/Engineering to ensure Juniper is positively and accurately represented in key analyst reports and client conversations.
• Act as a Strategic Advisor to the business by engaging/using analyst insights to help make marketing and business decisions.
• Partner closely with PR, marketing and engineering teams.
• Partner with the sales/field organization to use analysts and analyst data to support business opportunities.
• Leverage data, measure impact and redirect when vital.

Requirements

• 5+ years tech proven experience in analyst relations, public relations or marketing.
• Strong and creative interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical proficiency.
• A passion for rethinking convention and evangelizing new concepts and ideas.
• Communications skills to build and further relationships with industry analysts, influencers, executives and colleagues.
• Comfort in reaching out and establishing new relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, computer science or marketing.

Minimum Salary: $148,544.00

Maximum Salary:$213,532.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $148,544.00 and $213,532.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
