DLZ Corporation has an IT DevOps Technician opportunity primarily supporting our Eastern Michigan offices with additional support to other DLZ staff or offices as needed. This is an in-office position, based out of our Lansing, Detroit, Waterford, or Melvindale, MI offices.
This role will provide local Operational Support for Eastern MI offices and software development, primarily focusing on automation/self-service, reporting and analytics, and AI. This includes identifying, implementing, developing, and supporting self-service tools and dashboards for statistical reporting of software licenses, management information, and support statistics.
The operational support aspects of this role include providing in-person IT Support for Eastern MI office staff and potentially other offices as necessary to cover projects or staff leave. Key Responsibilities:
