The Assistant Director of Foster Care will assist in managing the Foster Care Program and those individuals directly responsible for program implementation, participate in program development efforts: and represents the Agency in the Community. The Assistant Director of Foster Care will assist the Director in assuring we implement best practices in our program and that are performing in a manner commensurate with the needs of our population and partners.
