The UHS Program Management Department is hiring a Lead Operations Remediation Analyst that will oversee assigned Behavioral Health (BH) remediation teams, providing coordination, assessment, planning and process improvement to identified hospitals within the Division.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Respond quickly and efficiently to requests for remediation

  • Participate/drive committees and planning workgroups, and any related process team meetings related to hospital remediation and plans

  • Provide operations assessment & consultation in all hospital operations

  • Lead up to four Operations Remediation teams; supervise on-site assessment process

  • Help to create comprehensive assessment tool for operations evaluation

  • Conduct interviews of all management team at sites, with related feedback collated into actionable plan

  • Assist in creating dashboard of metrics utilized to assess Remediation department's tracking of improvement

  • Provide implementation Support to new projects as well as provide support on the integration of JV and de novo projects

  • Provide support to corporate development during initiation/inception phase, coordinate transition from corporate development to new business integration team, with seamless handoff to regional operations at culmination of implementation and licensing (specific extraction times may vary at each project but generally within a few months post The Joint Commission Certification)

  • Participate in new business integration steering committees, planning workgroups, and any related process team meetings; communicate across all corporate departments and regional operations of any obstacles or barriers to task completion and ensure follow up occurs

  • Participate in active hiring process of new facility leadership team, providing supervision to incoming CEO during new business integration process

  • Participate in townhall meetings and/or 'snack & learns' to partner staff prior to opening to educate and socialize UHS practices and approaches to clinical service delivery


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years' experience in current or prior work in executive level behavioral health hospital operations preferred, 5+ years CEO or related level executive experience required.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hospital projects or ongoing operations simultaneously
  • Experience managing or operating behavioral health projects
  • An advanced working knowledge of behavioral health hospital governance, management practices and clinical operations, facility design, regulatory and accreditation requirements
  • Strong communicator and collaborator
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, nationally
