*Description*
* Support financial professionals and clients by providing service related to incoming paperwork, account information and distributions * Communicate operational and financial industry policies and procedures * Research issues and resolve inquiries in a timely matter * Develop understanding of the policies and procedures to execute them in daily work * Adapt and adhere to policies and core values * Collaborate with internal associates to improve procedures and templates to streamline processes * Organize document coordination utilizing departmental database software including documents scanned in by the mailroom or submitted via web capture by the client *Skills* Customer service, Call center, processing, Customer service call center, Technical support, Support, Customer support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Ability to communicate effectively with public and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications. Ability to self-motivate and work independently. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities (time management). Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
