Data Analytics Senior
We are partnering with a manufacturing company in search of a Data Analytics Senior to drive business growth by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support strategic decisions. This role also involves leveraging existing tools, advocating for new technologies, and staying updated on industry trends to enhance business intelligence and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage data analytics projects, ensuring timely, on-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and translate data needs into actionable projects.
  • Develop data strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Implement data quality assurance processes for accuracy and reliability.
  • Create clear visualizations and reports to communicate insights to various audiences.
  • Evaluate and drive the adoption of new data tools, including AI-related technologies.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors on system upgrades and troubleshooting.
  • Optimize ERP functionality, ensuring alignment with business processes.
  • Lead ad-hoc report creation and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.
  • Provide analytical support for cross-functional teams, focusing on business intelligence, forecasting, and performance.
  • Develop and present business reports for executives, highlighting KPIs and strategic initiatives.
  • Create dashboards to monitor key business functions such as sales, inventory, production, and procurement.
  • Lead efforts to automate reporting and streamline workflows.
  • Align business objectives, ensure data consistency, and identify improvement opportunities across departments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, computer science, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of data analytics experience.
  • Proficient in SQL and data warehousing.
  • Advanced skills in analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Expertise in business intelligence, data modeling, and financial analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
