As an Inventory Analyst, you will help manage inventory, improve efficiency, and ensure a smooth material flow across operations. Your expertise in inventory management, coupled with your ability to solve complex issues and collaborate with teams, will help improve our operations to the next level. Your Title: Inventory Analyst
Work Locations: Mt.Olive, NJ
You will Report to: Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management - 35% of Time
* Responsible for ensuring a smooth and accurate operations for material movements in receiving (inbound), warehouse, resupply, and shipping (outbound).
* Supports manufacturing and site demands.
* Works with administration to resolve any inventory accuracy issues, including rejected, expired, and sampling materials.
* Ensures accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date inventory records.
Quality Management (QM) - 25% of Time
* Coordinates teams (customer complaints, internal nonconformance, ISO audits) to resolve and provide solutions using continuous improvement strategies.
* Resolves daily manufacturing or material-related issues and provides long-term, permanent solutions to recurring problems.
* Maintains ISO 9000 work instructions for departmental procedures.
Continuous Improvement (CI) - 25% of Time
* Focuses on Continuous Improvement projects and working culture.
* Supports the execution of our long-term roadmap to increase skills within the organization and establishes training plans.
* Builds project lists with supporting documentation and Return on investment calculations.
Safety Support - 15% of Time
* Supports daily safety requirements, including accident investigation, training, emergency response teams, and safety training.
Your Professional Profile Includes:
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field.
* 2+ years of relevant production industry experience
* Familiarity with ISO 9000 Quality Manual standards.
* Experienced in team coordination to resolve issues and implement continuous improvement projects.
* Experience with inventory management practices across receiving, warehouse, and shipping operations.
* Experience identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
* Can drive efficiency improvements through process optimization and workflow streamlining.
