About the Position
As the Director of Sales Performance & Operations, you will be a key architect of FiscalNote's sales strategy, ensuring that our sales organization is scalable, efficient, and aligned with corporate growth objectives. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead a team responsible for optimizing sales processes, driving revenue acceleration, and ensuring cross-functional alignment with Finance, Marketing, and Business Intelligence. Your leadership will enhance sales performance, improve decision-making through data-driven insights, and refine sales operations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
About the Team
The Sales Operations team is the engine behind FiscalNote's sales success. This team ensures that our go-to-market strategy is informed by data, optimized for performance, and aligned with key business objectives. By partnering with key stakeholders across the organization, we drive predictable revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic execution.
About You
You are a strategic leader with deep expertise in sales operations, revenue strategy, and data-driven decision-making in high-growth environments. Your ability to translate complex sales data into actionable insights enables the organization to scale effectively. You are highly collaborative, comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives, and adept at managing high-impact projects. Your leadership style fosters continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within your team.
The salary range for this position is $115,000 - 145,000 per year.
