Presentation Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid/On-site)

Our client in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Presentation Manager with experience in Lumion software. This role will focus on creating high-quality visual presentations, renderings, and 3D animations to support client proposals and design concepts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural visualization and graphic design to enhance our presentations.

• Develop compelling 3D renderings and presentations using Lumion.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to translate concepts into visually engaging materials.
• Create interactive and photorealistic visualizations of projects.
• Assist in the design process by providing mockups, layout designs, and presentations.
• Ensure presentation materials align with branding guidelines and client expectations.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

• Proficiency in Lumion (required).
• Ability to interpret architectural and landscape design plans into 3D models.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in 3D visualization, architectural rendering, or graphic design is a plus.
• Experience in landscape architecture, urban planning, or outdoor recreation design is a plus.
