Job Responsibilities

As a Methods/Reliability Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and Implement Methods: Build and refine methods to improve the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze Data: Conduct detailed analyses of process data to identify trends, determine root causes of issues, and develop solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of engineering solutions.
  • Reliability Testing: Craft and coordinate reliability testing protocols to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of methods, procedures, and outcomes for ongoing reference and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of implementing successful engineering solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a deep understanding of reliability engineering principles.
  • Problem-solving Abilities: Outstanding problem-solving skills with a proactive and new way.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present findings.
