The US Wealth Product team acts as a key partner to Macquarie's Wealth distribution teams, investment teams and Senior Leadership. We play a pivotal role in bringing together product messaging, competitive positioning and identifying new product opportunities for our US investment products across the Wealth and Alternative channels.

What role will you play?

You will help turn data into stories and actionable ideas for Macquarie's mutual fund, ETF and alternative funds. You will be responsible for creating high-level reports using industry databases and providing regular insights on market trends, themes, and competitors to inform product management, product positioning and product development activities across traditional and alternative products. These reports help to support decision-making at the organization, enhance relationships and identify opportunities to better serve Macquarie's clients and fund shareholders.

What you offer

  • Experience in creating polished reports, dashboards, scorecards, and maintaining existing reports with an eye towards automation and scalability
  • Proficient using industry databases such as Morningstar, Simfund, Lipper, eVestment, and SEC/Edgar database to monitor industry trends and competitor strategies. Deep knowledge of using PowerPoint, Word and Excel to bring those trends to life. Knowledge of PowerBI, VBA and DAX is a plus
  • Knowledge of private markets data providers, benchmarking and other relevant industry resources
  • Prior experience (3+ years) in an asset management or investment-related role. Product Management, Alternative products or research experience preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across sales, marketing, accounting, technology and investments to achieve team objectives.
