Job Title: CNC Repair Machinist/Machine Operator Location with zip code: 3580 Shaw Blvd, Naples, FL - 34117 Duration: Direct Hire Payrate : $24/hr. - $30/hr. on W2 with Full benefits Job Description: With minimum guidance in a team environment, responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks of a complex scope and nature in one or more of the following areas: production equipment, diagnose and repair of conventional and CNC machinery. Remove, repair or relocate CNC machines; install air & water lines; align and adjust machines for production operation. Diagnose defects and perform repair and preventive maintenance to various types of hydraulic equipment, CNC machine tools, building plumbing and related equipment. Construct, install, maintain, repair and overhaul test stands, fixtures and related hydraulic equipment. Setup and operate arc and acetylene welding equipment. Perform high pressure tubing and hose fabrication for hydraulic and pneumatic application and contamination control. Identify and repair CNC machine malfunctions. Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, hydraulic and mechanical operations for proper operation. Use precision test equipment. May work with computers and computer software to create and operate programs, reports, and spreadsheets. Coordinate inventory and pickup of hazardous material and maintain current inventory of on- site chemicals. Advise and assist in clean-up of chemical spills. Coordinate packaging, labeling, storing, and scheduling pickup of hazardous waste for offsite disposal. Maintain accurate records of all hazardous waste shipped offsite. Initiate compliance inspections. Provide technical assistance on hazardous materials compliance and safe practices. Perform other related responsibilities. Required Education: High School Diploma. Required Skills: Five years related maintenance experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities. May require proficiency with pump and valve overhaul procedures, especially aerospace associated equipment. Ability to work from blueprints and sketches. Possess required tools. May require ability to setup and operate hand and power tools. May require working knowledge of national, state and local electrical codes. May require knowledge of general hydraulics technology, i.e. pumps, cylinders, accumulators, filters, & piping; tube bending, piping fabrication for hydraulic and pneumatic applications. May require knowledge of chemicals and their characteristics. May require working knowledge of computer and computer software to operate programs, create reports, and spreadsheets. Required to lift up to 50 pounds. May require forklift operator certification. Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work with others and be a participative team player.
