Description and Requirements Come join our Global Communities Team as an intern supporting customer-facing community moderation and content publishing while learning the ins-and-outs of WW eCommerce Marketing from a fun and international team! During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in community and content management across our key segments: Gaming, Education, and Small/Medium Business. Key Responsibilities: Act as the face and voice of the Lenovo brand for our three key segments- Gaming, Education, SMB Implement moderation policies and procedures and ensure community content and members adhere to those standards (assist) UAT new features and functions (assist) Report on community metrics, the community experience, and community engagement to provide feedback and insights to leadership and partners (assist) Find opportunities to add impactful new content, experiences, and resources (assist) Monitor the community on an ongoing basis Develop and implement innovative ideas to continuously add value (assist Community Managers) Basic Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis Preferred Requirements: Social media and/or influencer marketing experience for brands Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun and intrapreneurial environment Highly organized, strong attention to detail and outstanding time management skills Strong writing and verbal communication skills Tech enthusiast - have a strong passion and understanding for new technologies Project management or analytic skills (MS Excel, Social Media Dashboards, etc.) is a plus This position will be part of our Summer Internship program and can start on either 5/19 or 6/2 and will end on 7/25. This internships is open to an on-site intern based in Morrisville, NC or a remote intern. This is a paid internship position. The base salary range budgeted for this position is $25 - $30/hour.
