Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for managing release change tickets and reviews with change compliance across the organization Ensure proper creation and approvals of change tickets in compliance with change standards Assist in development and roll-out of one single process and manage dashboard of change metrics Guide teams in the creation of change tickets in tool and/or creation of tickets Develop and rollout ticket future ticket creation process Guide teams on proper creation of tasks within teams Communicate release calendar dates and manage approval process for exceptions Manage gathering of ticket approvals across teams Coordinate tickets throughout lifecycle of status from Planning to Closed and coordinate any exception approvals for tickets not within SLA Manage Post Implementation Review incident documentation Close tickets with proper paperwork Ensure upload of evidence with nonmaterial changes and ensure material evidence is uploaded by Project Managers Generate and present change ticket metrics Partner with offshore resource to hand off tasks in non US hours Attend any change forum meetings and communicate and changes to the teams Present ticket status at change management calls Partner and manage work tasks with offshore team Generate change management metrics reporting Requirements: 7+ years of experience with managing change and/or deployments (release manager) for technical projects in financial services industry Experience with BMC remedy Excellent communication skills and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment with change, agile tools, Jira Ability to quick learn new tools, process, and procedures BMC Remedy Desired skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach teams on change management Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
