Cloud Infrastructure Intern, Summer 2025

Tyler Technologies is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Intern to join our team next summer. The Cloud Infrastructure Intern will work with our engineering team to help create, manage, and automate various functions and services across our public and private cloud environments. This position will provide experience working with core infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, AWS Identity Center, and AWS Control Tower. The Internship will be primarily project-based work and will work directly with a senior engineer. They will attend all team meetings and will be expected to be an active participant in planning and coordinating various projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering and maintaining systems that support core infrastructure services for Tyler's private and public clouds
• Use automation to streamline manual tasks.
• Research complex technical problems, formulate recommendations, and build technically sound and scalable solutions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation on operational tool sets

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Rising junior or senior (preferred) with at least one prior programming course or project experience.
• Must have a GPA or 3.00 or higher (or equivalent) overall in major
• Excellent interpersonal skills
