Job DescriptionAs a Store Portfolio Project Manager in the Expansion function, your main responsibility is to set business logics for H&M's store portfolio method based on portfolio strategy, consumer demand and modulization of the store formats to customize store and assortment mix to the local customer base with a data driven approach. You will use customer-centric insights for store profiling and optimized assortment activation and exposure.You will closely collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to align on priorities, provide insights, understand business needs, and share best practices. This role is central in the store planning process when it comes to space layout per store based on OMNI predicted demand. Many metrics are still in the validation phase and more tests and iterations are needed to fully produce measurable key performance indicators. This hybrid role reports into our Regional Retail Space Manager and is based out of the New York Support Office.
