What You'll Do: Deliver evidence-based interventions, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Behavioral Activation. Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care plans and integrate behavioral health services seamlessly. Work with patients in short-term follow-up sessions to support skill-building and improved functioning. Triage patients and ensure smooth coordination of care with community partners and specialty mental health providers. Master's degreein Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field. Active licensureas anLCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT(NH LICSW licensure required at start date; additional Maine licensure preferred). 3-5 years of experiencein behavioral health, preferably inwomen's health, primary care, or integrated care settings. Strongclinical judgment, crisis intervention skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for women's health, including perinatal mental health, trauma recovery, and addiction treatment.
