Position Summary:

The Material Demand Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and managing material demand across both commercial and clinical programs. This associate-level position will play a critical role in supporting inventory management, requisition creation, and demand planning to ensure materials are available for production and trials in a timely manner. The individual will collaborate with both Commercial and Clinical Leads to maintain accurate records of material usage and inventory levels while supporting the smooth flow of materials throughout the supply chain.

Essential duties and key job responsibilities and essential functions:


  • Monitor and track material demand for both commercial and clinical programs.
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions for required materials.
  • Ensure timely creation and processing of requisitions based on production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including monthly reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Clinical Leads to support inventory management tasks.
  • Analyze production schedules to forecast material needs and ensure availability.
  • Adjust demand plans in response to changes in production timelines or trial schedules.
  • Utilize planning tools to track and manage material inventory levels.
  • Responsible for observing all Company, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines

Minimum qualification to perform the job; specific skills; education; knowledge and job experience necessary to perform essential duties; physical requirements for job if any.


  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, science and technology, or another related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain or inventory management, preferably in a clinical or commercial setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking.
  • Proficient in using inventory management and planning tools (ERP systems, MS Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze production schedules and forecast material demand.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of requisition management processes and supply chain logistics is a plus.




Pay Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per hour
