Project Manager - Pharmacy

Summary:

In this role, you will independently manage cross-functional teams and resources to deliver high-quality pharmacy-related projects. Using proven project management practices, you will ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations.

You will drive participation and accountability for pharmacy advisory initiatives and enterprise-level projects, including clinical, technology implementation, and process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Experience leading projects in spend management, procurement, or financial optimization.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure accuracy and quality in planning, execution, and reporting.

• Implement standard practices for consistency and efficiency.

• Engage and influence diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; adept at learning new project management tools.

• Proficient in Kantata or similar platforms.

• Manage competing priorities while delivering projects on time and within scope.

• Familiarity with pharmacy operations, healthcare workflows, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

• 2 or more years relevant experience with a GPO, healthcare provider, or distributor/manufacturer required.

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle required.

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in strategic services and market expansion preferred.

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.

• Willingness to travel.
