Position Title: Finance Director Salary: Based on Experience A Director of Finance job in Eau Claire, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 5+ years of experience in an accounting or finance management role within a manufacturing environment. In this position, you will oversee up to ten direct reports, manage internal controls, develop financial processes and programs, and maintain financial data. This position will also provide financial reports and strategic financial guidance to the leadership team and oversee the financials for two manufacturing plants. This is a fully onsite, direct hire position with a growing global organization. Finance Director Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Oversee up to ten direct reports. - Manage internal controls. - Develop and implement financial processes and programs. - Maintain financial data. - Provide strategic financial guidance and reporting to the leadership team. - Oversee the financials for two manufacturing plants. - Travel out-of-state for two to three days a month. Finance Director Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. - 5+ years of experience in an Accounting or Finance management role within a manufacturing environment required. - Strong experience with Internal Controls. - Proficient understanding of Accounting and ERP software. - Experience overseeing financials for multiple facilities with at least $100M in revenue. - Excellent leadership and communications skills. - Ability to travel out of state 2-3 days a month.
