Job Summary
Responsible for moving all finished product from the production line to the appropriate storage area, trailer or container. Ensures that the bagging and palletizing systems are kept supplied with pallets and packaging supplies. Must be able operate various machinery, including a forklift, and other material handling equipment. Responsible for that product shipments are accurate and properly documented. Duties and Responsibilities
* Packaging Operations - Essential Duties: * Uses forklifts and material handling equipment. * Ensures all products are shipped or stored properly and counted accurately. * Process shipping paperwork as needed. * Ensures shipping labels placed correctly on product. * Load/unload trucks and shipping containers. * Minimizes damage to product. * Unloads inbound stock supply deliveries. * Help to maintain inventory accuracy rate, shipment picking and inventory counts. * Functions as maintenance technician during periods of maintenance downtime. * Adheres to company safety policies and OSHA standards. * Maintains a safe, neat, orderly, accident-free work environment, including all warehouse work areas, aisles, trucks, etc. * Inventories bag stock, film wrap, chipboard and hoods every Monday at first shift startup. Minimum Education:High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum Work Experience:Experience using multiple forklift attachments (i.e., Squeeze, slip-sheet, Drexel, and double-reach). License(s) / Certification(s):None Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must be able to lift and carry 50-pound loads. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders. Must be able to work for extended periods under a wide range of ambient conditions. Must be able to work flexible hours. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Personal Protective Equipment is required for this position. N95 or N100 mask fit test is required & will be scheduled at Ark-La-Tex Health Center, Texarkana upon acceptance of the position. Please note that you will provide a mask for testing as the facility does not provide them. Upon passing the fit test, the company will provide training on the proper usage of PPE.
