Job Description
Provides administrative and clerical to the coordinator and operations of a unit and performs other duties as assigned. Assists students, and provides customer service for in-person visitors and by-phone.
Required Education
High school diploma or GED
Required Experience
Minimum of one year of administrative support experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Thorough knowledge of general administrative and office practices and procedures
  • Computer proficiency in a Windows-based PC environment.
  • Excellent organizational.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer software applications.
  • Ability to maintain current and accurate files as assigned, hard copy and electronic.
  • Ability to work and cooperate with co-workers and supervisors at all levels.
  • Ability to work with, within, and promote a diverse workforce and environment.
  • Ability to coordinate the activities of several ongoing projects.
  • Ability to understand and act on oral and written instructions in English.
  • Ability to maintain customer service and satisfaction as it relates to assigned unit or area of expertise.
  • Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately

Associate's Degree
General Weekly Work Schedule
20 hours Monday-Friday
9am-4pm
May-August (based on need)
