Global Talent Development Program Manager

The Global Talent Development Program Manager is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating enterprise-wide leadership and employee development programs and initiatives supporting our Services, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain (Operational Excellence) division. Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, you will interact with People Partners and business leaders to identify needs and support and advise on scalable learning solutions. The focus is to develop all levels of talent to expand DN employee and manager capabilities in support of strategic priorities and business goals.

You will help empower employees to continuously develop through a variety of learning methods and modalities. You will be responsible for coaching, content curation, building upon and working within existing frameworks, tools, and resources that support learner's success.
