Description
The Learning Manager oversees our Learning program and manages the development and execution of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) training programs for both clinical and administrative staff. Serves as a team lead and collaborates effectively, develops engaging learning content, and ensures training success across diverse teams and learning styles.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in education, health care, instructional design, or a related field. (Required) Master's Degree Master's or other advanced degree in education, health care, instructional design, or a related field is advantageous. (Preferred) Minimum Work Experience 5 years Five years of experience in adult education, instructional design, training delivery, and/or curriculum development, preferably in a health care or medical environment. (Required) 5 years Five years of technical or professional experience using ERP and/or related software. (Required) 3 years Three years of management or leadership experience in a related field. (Required) Required Skills/Knowledge Strong expertise in ERP systems and healthcare technology Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and virtual training platforms. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences through multiple channels, including static and dynamic pre-recorded and live content delivery. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Demonstrated experience in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build relationships with clinical, operational, administrative, and IT stakeholders. Required Licenses and Certifications Certifications in instructional design (e.g. CPLP, CPTD) and ERP-specific training in Workday software products are advantageous.
