Product Support Engineer takes and solves cases from customers remote or with missions on customers site. Duties & Principles Provide high-quality technical assistance via phone to customers and Field Service Engineers to ensure optimal TruLaser Tube sheet metal equipment performance. Document customer machine information and technical conditions and make improvement suggestions. Work within a cross functional team that includes applications, sales, engineering, or production for excellent customer service. May work remotely from anywhere in U.S. Requirements: 2 years of experience as Field Service Engineer/Technician or Applications Engineer/Technician that includes the following: Computer software; Electronics, digital circuits, and wiring; Mechanics and hydraulics; TRUMPF TruLaser Tube machines programming and demonstration or service; CO2 and fiber resonators. #LI-DNI TRUMPF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
