CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Section Manager to join our Power & Manufacturing - Asset Management Team at our Lansdale, PA office.

The Maintenance and Reliability Section Manager will be responsible for performing field walkdowns on client assets to produce detailed equipment hierarchy and instrumentation. The professional in this role will extract data from various cloud-based applications to conduct data analysis as well as facilitate the population and entry of asset information into respective computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). This individual will provide support on labeling assets and managing vendor relationships for recommended spare parts and equipment.

The Maintenance and Reliability Section Manager, an important technical leadership role at CHA, leads an effective and productive team of technical professionals. A Section Manager's success is measured by their team's technical quality, achieving team utilization targets, engaging, and motivating their team to go above and beyond, and effective management of project budgets. This key role organizes, directs, and coordinates activities associated with the project scope of work either individually or collectively with their team.

REQUIREMENTS

    High School degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' of instrumentation/metrology or related experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates a positive and collaborative attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based tools
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and detail-oriented
  • Ability to adhere to client site-specific requirements
  • Technically astute and strategic in thinking to manage the activity within the team
  • An articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groups
  • A high energy, results-oriented, resourceful leader
  • Ability to resolve matters timely and lead projects to completion with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, build and manage relationships across the company
  • Experience with project budgeting preferred
  • Demonstrates a basic understanding of accounting processes


SALARY RANGE:

$72,000 - $93,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
