About the Role:

Revenue Operations plays a critical role in ensuring financial success by improving the platforms, operations, and systems supporting our go-to-market teams. This team partners with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver scalable and efficient processes across the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to revenue recognition. Revenue Operations is essential to achieving our company's revenue and operational goals.

As the Manager of Sales & CS Platforms, you will lead a team dedicated to shaping the vision, strategy, and optimization of our Sales and Customer Success operations tools and systems. Overseeing a cross-functional team - including a product manager, product owner, and administrators - you will drive the development of a best-in-class platform that supports efficient and scalable Sales operations. Collaborating closely with internal partners such as Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, you will define strategic objectives, cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensure alignment with Revenue Operations' goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining the Sales Platform as a key driver of business success.

Primary Job Responsibilities:



  • Develop and communicate a clear vision for the Sales & CS Platform team, aligning objectives with broader business goals
  • Lead and mentor a team that consists of a product manager, product owner, and administrators, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enterprise Technology teams to ensure alignment and integration
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the team and organization
  • Define success metrics for the team and monitor progress toward achieving key objectives
  • Represent the team in broader company initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
  • Act as a thought leader in finance technology and operational strategy, driving competitive advantage through innovation
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested



Skills and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales operations, business process improvement, or related roles within a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years with Salesforce and other Sales automation platforms
  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce CPQ
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team, with a track record of fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to drive alignment and inspire teams
  • Proficiency in finance operations and business process optimization
  • Certification in CRM platforms and familiarity with compliance requirements like SOX and ITGC
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily

Compensation



  • Annual base salary: $140,000-$165,000
  • Target annual bonus percentage: 15%



*Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be different ranges for candidates by location.

Working Conditions:

We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it's helpful to have some flexibility to work remotely. Most roles work in the office 3+ days/week, and some are expected to work in the office 4-5 days/week. The current expectation for this role is that you are working in the office 4+ days/week and that you are in the office full-time during the training period, for which the length varies by role. During an initial phone screen, the team will discuss expectations for this specific position.

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
