Technical Writer, Municipal & Schools Apply Online We're searching for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Tyler Technologies. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the tech industry. Familiarity and experience with information gathering and process content will be highly regarded. Your primary role will be creating clear, comprehensive, and precise help for a varied client base. You will achieve this by working closely with our in-house subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders. Your knack for deriving useful information from multiple sources such as: Development and Support and transforming it into readable content will be invaluable to our team. Responsibilities: Work with SMEs and the team to gather all necessary information. Translate technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly help. Regularly update and revise existing content to reflect changes in software, hardware, or processes. Ensure all help content is up-to-date and accurate. Qualifications Proven technical writing experience. Expertise in conveying complex technical information in a definitive and comprehensive manner. Knowledge of software and various processes related to the industry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Well-developed logical thinking and reasoning skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Work with our innovative software solutions that help local government and school districts centralize data and connect their organizations. By working to develop and support our financial management solutions, you can help integrate our solutions with human resources, revenue management, tax billing, and asset management. Location Lakewood, Colorado \| Billings, Montana \| Lubbock, Texas Travel 0-5% State-Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements Salary will generally fall between $51,035 - $90,000 before adjustment for geographic differences.
