Clinical Operations Coordinator - ogi | Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility

The Clinic Operations Coordinator will support the Clinic COO and Clinic Manager to ensure ongoing operations of the clinic.

This is a full-time position working M-F from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, primarily out of our Edina location, but with some travel to Maple Grove.

ogi | Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.


Essential functions:

  • Operates as a liaison between administrative team, department leaders and physicians to ensure efficiency of clinic operations.
  • Responds accordingly to incoming and outgoing correspondence in an organized manner.
  • Maintains administrative inventory, supplies and patient education handouts for the entire clinic.
  • Submits work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment maintenance.
  • Engage IT and other vendors with the management of clinic phone system and escalate when appropriate.
  • Coordinates with IT for access, support and equipment needs.
  • Assigns key card access for both clinic and parking locations. Supports Administrative Team with ongoing projects, initiatives, and objectives.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings primarily within OGI but may assist with meetings for the entire Women's Health division.
  • Administers employee recognition program and activities
  • Creates monthly reports on patient visits and activity.
  • Prepares monthly expense reports for clinic costs charged to the corporate credit card.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned
  • Participates in community outreach for the Women's Health division throughout the year


Education, experience, & other requirements:



  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • At least one (1) year experience working in a healthcare administrative role required
  • At least three (3) years customer service experience required
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Project Management experience strongly preferred
