Job Summary Job Description *This RBC event is a not a job opportunity/internship. WHAT IS THIS EVENT? We are dedicated to creating a culture of inclusion where all employees have the opportunity to bring their best self and achieve their full potential. RBC Capital Markets Culture Day for Students 2025 highlights our culture while creating an opportunity for first year college students to expand their RBC network and discover their passion. The day will spotlight the firm's active Employee Resource Group network and our many student programs and internships across the U.S. Capital Markets platform. The virtual global program will expose first year university and college students in the United States to RBC's culture and provide opportunities to network across all businesses and levels. On Friday, April 4th, 2025, students in the United States will participate in a virtual half-day program (10:00am-1:00pm ET) led in partnership with RBC's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which include:
