General Summary of Position:

Granite Telecommunications is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Wholesale Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with proven experience in wholesale account management, particularly in fostering and managing relationships with large carriers. As a Senior Wholesale Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new wholesale business, cultivating client relationships, and presenting Granite's value proposition to prospective clients. You will be tasked with finding new business opportunities, securing long-term partnerships, and onboarding new logos who will resell Granite's products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Identify and develop new wholesale business opportunities with a focus on large carriers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, presenting Granite's product and service offerings, and effectively demonstrating how they align with client needs.
  • Develop tailored solutions for new clients and secure new business for Granite Telecommunications.
  • Engage with clients in various stages of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration.
  • Travel to industry trade shows and customer visits occasionally to maintain relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Be the primary point of contact for onboarding new wholesale clients and facilitating the resale of Granite's products.
  • Continuously track and report sales progress, opportunities, and client feedback to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to ensure Granite's offerings remain competitive and relevant.



Qualifications:



  • 5-7 years of experience in wholesale account management or business development, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of finding, securing, and managing new wholesale clients.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships with large carriers and reseller partners.
  • Ability to travel as needed for trade shows, client meetings, and business development activities.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of Granite's products and services is a plus, but not required.
