About the role

As a ServiceNow Mapping Engineer, you will lead the inventory, tracking, and documentation of all systems and applications across the enterprise. We will count on you to ensure accurate ServiceNow Service Mapping and Discovery, data integration, and seamless reporting. Along the way, you will get to:

• Conduct comprehensive inventory of enterprise systems and applications
• Utilize tools to identify and document applications, integrations, and data types
• Populate and maintain accurate information in the ServiceNow Business Application Table
• Track applications, data, and integration points
• Oversee ServiceNow Service Mapping and Discovery
• Coordinate with Software Asset Management, Third-Party Risk, and Vendor Risk teams
• Collaborate with teams/stakeholders for data validation
• Maintain detailed documentation for reporting and auditing purposes

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Service Mapping and Discovery experience
• Strong background in enterprise application inventory and tracking
• Understanding of system integrations and data mapping
• Familiarity with Software Asset Management and Vendor Risk Management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
