As a Habilitative Manager, you'll coordinate services to help the people we serve keep, learn, or improve important daily living skills. Your responsibilities will include training staff in behavior modification techniques and to assist with developing new programs. Train staff in behavior modification and/or intervention techniques Develop new policies, procedures and methodologies for delivering habilitative services SCHEDULE: Days, Salaried, other hours as needed to provide supports to the agency and individuals, OnCall responsibilities for individuals and providers on your caseload, travel will be but limited to these areas, Council Bluffs, Harlan, Logan, Sioux City and Denison. What YOU'LL Need: Strong problem solving and critical thinking capability Deep knowledge of habilitative services for individuals with developmental disabilities Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field. Experience may be substituted for education unless required by the state. Minimum of 3 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required. May require QIDP certification (if state required) and experience in an ICFID.
