Job Purpose

Acura Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Marketing Specialist, supporting the Regional Marketing team. This role is essential in day-to-day regional marketing operations, including working with Sales and Zone teams, providing information to Zones to support dealer requests and working with the Compliance agency to ensure dealers' marketing efforts are compliant. This role will also be the main contact for gathering and organizing data as it relates to marketing performance indicators and regional marketing funds to ensure dealers' marketing activities are effective in driving sales. Additionally, this role will support local/regional activations or events as they arise.

Key Accountabilities

Regional Marketing Operational Support:

*Coordinate and support Tier 3 marketing activities

*Share monthly marketing deck and monthly marketing health tracker (by market) with Zones

*Gather/organize and pull marketing performance indicators for the team

*Understand core marketing KPIs: Qualified Web Traffic Ratio to Sales, Google Search Trends, Edmunds Purchase Intent Indicator, Acura Brand Health Tracker)

*Understand and support team with coordination efforts between Sales, Incentives and Advertising to ensure incentives and marketing messages are aligned

*Must understand creative needs by market to help relay needs to internal production team

*Ensure all Ad Builder assets are current and communicated to Zones & Dealers

*Support Acura event marketing activities and engage dealer body participation in execution of events

Acura Digital Dealer Program & Compliance:

*Proactively participate in weekly J.D. Power (JDP) meetings to understand Tier 3 marketing activities, performance, action items and upcoming opportunities - provide support to teams as directed

*Understand Regional Marketing Funds (RMF) distribution and dealer utilization each quarter

*Collaborate with compliance agency (Ansira) and Zones to ensure all brand guidelines are being met (e.g., dealers are within compliance)

*Attend Ansira status meetings to understand dealer compliance issues or other RMF-related topics, to support team with follow-up action items 30%

Sales/Zones Correlations, Grass Roots, Dealer Meetings:

*Understand AHM's marketing objectives and plans in order to communicate and collaborate effectively with Zones and Dealers

*Assist with creating marketing presentations, as needed, to share with Sales, Zones, Dealers and internal stakeholders

Operations:

*Supports the team with general operations and ad-hoc assignments as needed

*Assist with special projects for further development

*Support regional activations/events (e.g., Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach)

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Minimum Educational Qualifications

*BA / BS required

*Emphasis in marketing, communications, advertising or a related field strongly preferred

Minimum Experience

*2+years of experience in marketing or similar roles

Other Job-Specific Skills

*Auto field experience preferred - experience working with dealers

*Resourceful team player

*Proficient in data management, reporting and insights

*Autonomous, highly motivated and goal-oriented

*Organized with strong attention to detail

*Superior time management skills-can multitask and prioritize deadlines

*Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with heavy emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint

*Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons of all levels

95-100% normal office conditions - desk job with laptop, meetings, conference calls

0-5% travel
