Organizational Change Management Specialist

Lexmark is looking for a talented and experienced Organizational Change Management Specialist to join our team and help us navigate large-scale changes with ease and expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

• Support project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans.

• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

• Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.

• Develop and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.

• Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders and managers to support their role in change management.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in change management.

• Familiarity with Prosci methodology.

• Graduate degree or higher in Organizational Psychology or a related field.

• Experience with large global projects and digital transformation is a plus.

• Highly skilled in Unily social intranet software development.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and global teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels of the organization.

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale global projects.
