Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst with Data Lakehouse & Fiserv DNA for a 9+ month contract with our client in St. Paul, MN. 100% Remote. Job/Project Description: Project/Focus: Business Insights Program is modernizing the existing Mainframe Loan Servicing and Loan Accounting systems for the AgriBank district. The team is building a modern Data Lakehouse via Data Bricks to replace the legacy databases for operational regulatory, and administrative reporting. Seeking a new Business Analyst with previous experience as a BA on a Business Insights team to support our Product Owner and identify internal and external needs of data and translate those into the product backlog. Required Experience/Skills: Prior experience as a Business Analyst Understanding of Agile SCRUM & SAFe frameworks Work Item, Feature & Story writing in Agile formats Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews Previously experience working on teams that developed in Data Bricks Previous work in Financial Services or Farm Credit Previous work on Client products, specifically DNA Key Skill(s): Good communicator, both written and verbal Well organized w/ an attention to detail Visionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand Negotiation Skills Interpersonal Skills Key Technology /Certification(s): None Required but CSPO a plus as is SAFe certified ADO experience a plus Role Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Key Responsibilities: Actively manage product backlog Research and capture requirements for User Stories Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews Write acceptance criteria Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.) Sit as a proxy for the PO when needed QA test, as needed, in preparation of moving to UAT Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $60- $70 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
